AEW: CM Punk's winning streak doesn't stop

Bryan Danielson vs Daniel Garcia The main event of the episode sees Bryan Danielson and Daniel Garcia face off. An old-fashioned wrestling match that proves American Dragon is still one of the best technical wrestlers in the world.

It is he who wins thanks to a triangle sleeper that forces the opponent to surrender. Post-match Matt Lee and Jeff Parker get into the ring to attack Danielson but are stopped by the arrival of Jon Moxley, always praised by the public.

Garcia tries to hit Danielson with a chair, but is knocked down by the latter with a Paradigm Shift (yes, just the finisher of good Moxley). CM Punk has been riding high on momentum since Revolution 2022. He has overcome top stars like Dax Harwood, Max Caster, and most recently, Penta Oscuro.

The Pinnacle then wrapped the dog collar chain around Punk’s neck and almost choked him. Later, Sting, Darby Allin, and Sammy Guevara came to Punk’s rescue, but the damage was already done.

CM Punk is unleashed

One must note that the company is pushing CM Punk as a top babyface challenger, so it is unlikely that he will be challenging Hangman Page, another top babyface, down the road.

Keeping that in mind, the company could book Cole to dethrone Page on Rampage this week. With Double or Nothing emerging as the company's next big pay-per-view, CM Punk vs. Adam Cole (c) for the AEW World Championship has money written all over it.

Still, with chair in hand, Danielson takes the microphone and challenges Moxley for a match at Revolution, reminding him of the promise of the past few weeks: before eventually making tag teams and changing the fate of the company, they will have to fight to the death.

In short, another absolutely unmissable match joins the card of the already very rich Revolution. CM Punk has wrestled all across the world in various pro wrestling promotions. And ROH is one such place where Punk showed his talent.

The former WWE champion won the ROH World Championship back in 2005. Soon after that, he delivered a famous promo and turned heel. And tonight on AEW Dynamite, MJF had almost similar lines from that famous CM Punk promo in ROH.

At AEW Revolution, the former WWE superstar will be determined to take revenge on MJF for his action on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. It promises to be a very exciting match between these two talented AEW superstars.
