Jade Cargill recently spoke about being compared to Chyna and Goldberg. Jade is currently one of AEW’s most successful female wrestlers. She has a respectable undefeated streak in AEW. That is the reason why, she is compared to the legendary wrestler Goldberg, who also had one of the longest undefeated streaks of all time.

She is compared to Chyna as well, as Chyna was the first female wrestler that truly revolutionized women’s wrestling. Jade is heavily inspired by Chyna.

Jade Cargill Believe Chyna Deserves More Recognition

“I love what these two phenomenal, phenomenal people represent: beauty, posture, dominance, just running through people,” Cargill said while on The Game 92.9.

“I’m my own person, however. I can take these attributes from these amazing wrestlers, but I’m myself. I’m Jade Cargill. I have a different path than both of these phenomenal people”. Goldberg started his streak on TV when he was part of WCW.

Cargill is currently 35-0. Cargill first appearance on AEW TV took place on the 3rd of March, 2021 on an episode of Dynamite. She made her in-ring debut alongside NBA Star Shaquille O’Neal. They managed to beat the team of Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet.

Jade also holds the TBS Title. She has held that title for 211 days as of writing. She managed to defend the title nine times during this reign. Goldberg made his TV debut for WCW in September 1997. He remained undefeated until December 1998.

Kevin Nash defeated him and captured the WCW World Heavyweight Title that Goldberg held. Before that, Goldberg was 173-0. Chyna was the first female wrestler that found huge success wrestling male wrestlers. She won the WWE Women’s Title and the WWE Intercontinental Title during her career.

She was placed into the WWE Hall of Fame with Triple H, Road Dogg, Shawn Michaels, and X-Pac as a member of D-Generation X. This happened in 2019. According to Jade, Chyna does not receive as much credit as she should as she was a one-of-a-kind wrestler.

“Chyna was a force to reckon with,” Jade Cargill said. “She’s a role model. I don’t think she gets as much appreciation as she should. I believe she should get way more flowers than what she has right now, but, this is just an extension of her legacy that has been passed down, and that’s what I want to do”.
