In a recent AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on the esteemed Squared Circle Reddit community, the "American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes opened up about his feelings on the forthcoming AEW All-In event slated to take place at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

Despite his tight schedule preventing him from catching the live action, Cody radiated enthusiasm and support for all the talent stepping into the ring for this historic show. Cody highlighted his deep camaraderie, saying, “I will be working that day, but I am genuinely elated for the guys and girls who'll be showcasing their prowess out there”.

The former AEW TNT Champion also took a moment to praise the Jackson brothers, Matt and Nick, more famously known as the Young Bucks. On their journey, Cody commented, “I am immensely proud of Matt and Nick for evolving our All In vision from 2018 and elevating it to unprecedented heights”.

His words underscore the wrestling duo has had a tremendous journey since their brainchild event, All In 2018. Cody also reserved special mentions for his sister, Teil, who christened the event, and Joe Koff from ROH (Ring of Honor).

He commended Joe for his instrumental role in backing them and granting them the autonomy to bring their vision to life. “A big shout-out to my sister, Teil, for her inventive naming and to Joe Koff at ROH for empowering us with the chance to helm it on our terms,” Cody shared.

For those not in the know, the All In 2018 event emanating from Hoffman Estates, Illinois, is often hailed as a watershed moment in the pro-wrestling landscape. Not just another event, it symbolizes a significant pivot, with many pundits and fans deeming it as the catalyst that paved the way for the birth of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) just a year later.

As the wrestling world waits with bated breath for the Wembley extravaganza, Cody's words resonate with nostalgia and excitement for the future.
