According to the legendary former WCW President, Eric Bischoff, AEW might be struggling to move on from past events. Many people believe that AEW should not play the backstage footage from All In. At All In, Jack Perry and CM Punk fought each other backstage.

The problem is, CM Punk is a WWE star. By showing the footage, it appears that AEW is really desperate for ratings these days.

On the internet, people are trolling Tony Khan and AEW.

They state things like “CM Punk is not even in the company and is still their biggest draw”. This can be a problem for AEW, as they seem very desperate these days. AEW seem to be responding to CM Punk’s interview on the MMA hour.

During the interview, CM Punk spoke about the All In incident. However, Eric and many other wrestling journalists believe that sharing the footage with the world will not benefit AEW by any means. Eric spoke about this on his podcast.

"This is an emotional reaction that has absolutely no upside," Bischoff boldly declared. He stated that he does not know the nature of the footage. He believes that The Young Bucks might use the footage to setup an angle or something that will help AEW start a cool storyline.

"They're going to have the ability to spin and add color to what we're going to see." Eric then stated they will use the usual bad quality of security footage to their advantage. The Young Bucks might add commentary over the footage to put their spin on things.

"But let's just say for the sake of argument, this footage puts Punk in a bad light and puts Jack Perry in a good light," Bischoff continued. "So what? What does that do for anybody?" Since Eric believes this is a reaction, this decision might indicate that AEW has bad backstage issues.

He also stated that Tony is living in the past. "You're living in the past and reliving an incident that is a reflection of your horrible leadership and lack of management, Tony," Bischoff exclaimed. "You created that backstage environment by not being a leader.

This isn't the first and only time! It's the most bizarre thing." Bully Ray is another famous journalist that can’t seem to understand why airing the footage will help AEW in anyway.
