JR Speaks about Vince McMahon

Jim Ross is also known as “Good Ol’ J.R”. He works as an AEW commentator these days. He is a legendary pro wrestling commentator. He was on his Grilling J.R. podcast and he spoke about his bond with Vince McMahon, who is the current CEO of the WWE.

He worked with him for many decades. Ross spoke about Vince being with is side when his wife passed away. "Vince McMahon has overachieved his entire life in a big way. I got to know him really well and still have great respect for him," J.R.

said. "He knows in his heart that if he needed me for anything that strongly or that serious, as a personal favor or as his friend, that I would be there no doubt”. Ross also stated that Vince works too much. Vince claims that WWE is the most important thing in his life.

"I think he is a workaholic; I think he is obsessed with the company that he has built," J.R. stated. "He won't say it but I don't think there is anything more prominent than the WWE in his life. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing”.

Many people believe that Vince McMahon needs to back off. Some say that he is the reason why the WWE isn’t doing as well as it used to. All Elite Wrestling will still have to work really hard if they want to beat the WWE, as the WWE has been on top of the professional wrestling world for a really long time.
