WWE Star MJF Challenges Jon Moxley for AEW Title

WWE Star MJF recently challenged Jon Moxley on this week’s AEW Dynamite episode. Jon Moxley is the current AEW World Champion. MJF is one of AEW’s top heels. He is the Cody Rhodes’s former best friend according to the storyline.

MJF was a popular indie wrestler before he joined AEW. it didn’t take long for him to get to the top of AEW as he was extremely good at performing complex wrestling moves with ease. He also has extremely good mic skills and was able to get a lot of heat from the crowd.

Jon Moxley is a former WWE Wrestler. He was known as Dean Ambrose in WWE and was a member of the popular group called The Shield. The Shield was made up of Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns.

Moxley is one of the many former WWE superstars that left the company due to creative differences. He did not like the scripted promos that were given to him as he wanted to cut promos himself. MJF held a State of the Industry Address this week.

He spoke about various topics related to professional wrestling. He started taunting Moxley and called him a dictator. He also stated that Moxley only wrestles with the person that he wants and doesn’t take challenges seriously.

MJF stated that it is time for a major change in AEW. He suggested that he is the change that AEW needed. He ended his address by issuing a challenge to Moxley. MJF wishes to face Moxley at the AEW All Out event, which is one of the most important PPV events that AEW holds.

All In was the event that started the idea for AEW in the first place and the All Out PPV event is a big reference to that event. Jon Moxley is already scheduled to defend his title next week against Darby Allin. Darby Allin is also one of AEW’s top talents and has performed very well against some of the toughest opponents that AEW has put in front of him.

Moxley and Allin actually teamed up to fight FTW Champion Brian Cage and Ricky Starks. The match ended after Allin hit Stark’s with his skateboard. It was a No DQ match. Allin’s skateboard was actually embedded with thumbtacks.
