Impact’s Relationship with AAA after AEW Partnership

According to a few wrestling journalists, All Elite Wrestling will most likely rival with the WWE. They are backed by billionaire, Shahid Khan whose total net worth is more than that of Vince McMahon. AEW will be able to sign most of the best indie wrestlers out there.

AEW has so far managed to sign Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, who some consider are two of the best wrestlers of the world. AEW recently held their Double or Nothing Ticket Party at Las Vegas. Before the start of the event, it was announced that AEW and AAA will be working as partners.

AAA is one of Mexico’s largest wrestling promotions and AAA is already partnered with Impact Wrestling. Many might wonder what affect this new partnership with AEW effect AAA’s and Impact Wrestling’s relationship.

According to PWInsider, this new partnership will have zero effect on AAA’s partnership with Impact Wrestling. At least not immediately! The report states that Impact Wrestling knew that AAA will be partnering with AEW long before it happened.

AAA and Impact Wrestling have been partners since 2017 and loan out talents to each other. The arrival of All Elite Wrestling has already upset the WWE according to some reports as the WWE began locking down its talent. AAA and AEW’s partnership will further enhance what could be a firm hold that AEW might have in the future.
