Lady Frost is a very famous Impact Wrestling superstar. Impact Wrestling was at one time one of the top wrestling promotions in the world. Back in their early days, they managed to hire some legendary professional wrestlers, such as Sting, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and Booker T.
Many WWE superstars also joined Impact Wrestling during their early days. They were known as TNA at that time.
Did Impact Wrestling Reject Lady Frost's Release Request?
Impact Wrestling is not as famous as it used to be and do not have the big names that they once had.
For that reason, and other reasons, many professional wrestlers have left the promotion over the past five years. Some wrestlers went on to do extremely well at the WWE. Some joined the Aew. All Elite Wrestling is now the best WWE alternative that professional wrestlers currently have.
Lady Frost asked Impact Wrestling to release her. However, Impact Wrestling just rejected the request/ Since requesting her release, she has not been seen on Impact Wrestling TV. According to Fighful Select, she has a per appearance contract, which means she is not being paid at the moment.
She even reached Anthem CEO Leonard Asper, but she sill hasn’t been allowed to leave the promotion. The report states that Impact Wrestling has booked her for the tapings that would take place in Dallas. She actually needed to have a medical procedure done which she had to pay for herself.
She even had to travel and pay for the hotel. She told Impact Wrestling that she had to get the procedure. Impact Wrestling immediately sidelined her after they heard the news. The report stated that Frost had to pay for food, blood work and some other expenses.
Impact Wrestling did not reimburse her as it was promised. Frost has about 2 years left on her contract. Apparently, Impact Wrestling has asked her to sit out her contract without pay. Impact Wrestling has so far not responded to the report by Fighful Select.
Lady Frost joined Impact Wrestling in October 2021. She fought Deonna Purrazzo in an open challenge. She made her release request public in June. Lady Frost has also made some appearances on ‘AEW Dark’ and also fought Asuka in 2018 in WWE.
Lady Frost is known for her charming personality and good wrestling skills. However, she is not known as one of the top wrestlers in the world.
