Latest news on Tessa Blanchard's status

After being fired from Impact Wrestling due to a series of undisciplined behaviors, Tessa Blanchard embarked on a completely personal path only to then join the Women's of Wrestling, but even within it there were "human" problems that led to her departure from the company and from the project in which she was heavily personally involved.

Tessa is now announced within the next edition of WrestleCon, the important event that gives the possibility to all fans to access through an entrance ticket and to be able to meet a wide range of talents and legends in the business world, mostly of them, however, outside the stars under contract with WWE.

Well, Tessa's presence is now being advertised as never before and who knows if this very announcement could awaken the most well-known federations in the sector and strike up a conversation with the well-known wrestler. During a very recent edition of Busted Open Radio, Tessa Blanchard stated that she initially started training at the age of 18 and apparently the third generation Superstar received a tryout call from the WWE in 2014.

Update on Tessa Blanchard's status

Only time will tell, in the meantime we can underline what have so far been the most important steps taken within the career of the "Undeniable". Tessa Blanchard took part in the first Mae Young Classic with other occasional appearances in WWE on the NXT roster she was under contract with Impact Wrestling from 2018 to 2020, period in which she held the Impact Knockouts World Championship, permanently retired the legendary Gail Kim and won the top title of the company for the first time.

The latter corresponds to a completely exceptional record given that, for the first time ever, a woman has won the maximum title of a major company such as Impact Wrestling. After her release from Impact she married her partner and then took a break and reappeared in the ring after over a year.

Her last televised appearance was her Impact Wrestling Tag Team Title match on the March 7, 2020 episode of Impact on AXS TV, while her last match so far came on November 12, 2022 when she lost to WOW Heavyweight. Champion, Darius Carter in a belt fight.

Among the many issues, there are also a series of racist and homophobic accusations by Blanchard which have provoked criticism from many colleagues such as Deonna Purrazzo, Chelsea Green, Allysin Kay and many others in the business. In the meantime, here is the poster that formalizes Tessa Blanchard at WrestleCon 2023.
