Tyrus was known as Brodus Clay and he used to perform at TNA. He also performed at the WWE for a while. According to various reports, Tyrus was taken Out of his Fox Nation show called Un-PC, due to his co-host Britt McHenry. She filed a s**ual harassment complaint against him.
According to a report by The Daily Beast, McHenry received a few unsolicited text messages from Tyrus. Tyrus’ real name is George Murdoch, and the messages that he sent to McHenry allegedly contained s**ual statements.
Tyrus used to co-host the Un-PC show alongside co-host Britt McHenry. He was later moved to his own show called NUFFSAID. The move was due to a personal dispute and that happened between McHenry and Tyrus reportedly in April.
He was questioned about the whole thing by Jeremy Barr, who works for The Hollywood Reporter, on Twitter. Tyrus wrote, “No comment and don't message me again”. Two sources that worked at Fox News stated that Tyrus’ made jokes that can be considered politically incorrect, and that his sense of humor was quite ‘wild’.
Others who knew about Tyrus and how he worked in a professional environment stated that he regularly got angry at fellow co-workers. Tyrus has not come out with any official statement yet. McHenry is also quite on this matter.
Tyrus’ last year as a WWE employee was 2014 after which he was released. FOX News issued a clarification on the matter. A spokesperson for the company told Wrestling-World, "While we are not at liberty to discuss the details of any employee matter, we follow strict protocols when matters such as these are brought to our attention, and we make no exceptions.
The process works because of the extensive systems and measures we have instituted. This situation was independently investigated and we consider the matter resolved. We respect the confidentiality of all involved."
