On the episode of TNA impact! Staged yesterday June 27, 2024, the Canadian federation began to build the card for its great summer event Slammiversary, adding even two title matches and continuing with the construction of another, which was completed in the episode of July 4, 2024.

In fact, over the past few weeks, we’ve had some qualifying matches for a TNA World Title Six-Man Elimination Match. Steve Maclin qualified by defeating Sami Callihan, Nic Nemeth qualified by defeating Rich Swann, and then we had Josh Alexander qualify by defeating Eric Young.

This week, Joe Hendry and Frankie Kazarian took the final two spots in the match, defeating Jake Something and Mike Santana respectively. While still on the July 4 episode, it was confirmed that AJ Francis will defend his TNA Digital Media Championship against PCO, after the two have been annoyed a lot in recent weeks by even the new love of the giant: Steph De Lander.

New details on 2024 Slammiversary

Going in chronological order of how the announcements were made, to open the last episode of TNA impact! It was Gia Miller who interviewed Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace who said she decided to give a title match to Ash By Elegance, and even though she wanted to challenge her right away, her challenger announced that she will be seeing her at Slammiversary.

Subsequently, Mustafa Ali and Campaign Singh got into the ring so that the champion could make his usual "political" speech denying his actions shown in a TNA Against All Odds movie, and then take it out on Mike Bailey who came to attack him, with the two who agreed to make a match at Slammiversary, contention that also suffered a small variation during the next episode of the weekly show, with Santino Marella who said that Bailey will have to earn the title chance next week in a match, at the behest of the X-Division Champion.
