NXT: Tony D'Angelo and Pete Dunne collided again

We are now being offered something really bad taste. In fact, we see Tony D'Angelo celebrating the funeral of Pete Dunne's career complete with a coffin in the center of the ring. During his speech, he also decided to run as the next challenger for the North American Championship.

Obviously, the champion Carmelo Hayes shows up in the arena accompanied by his faithful Trick Williams. As if that weren't enough, Cameron Grimes also decides to join. Williams then decides to challenge the two title contenders by telling them that they will have to face each other and only whoever wins can then step into the ring with the A Champion.

D'Angelo tries to take the lead by hitting Cameron from behind but he avoids the blow and responds by hitting Tony on the head with the painting depicting Pete Dunne. Let's now move on to an all-female match of the highest quality with two athletes who certainly do not send them to say.

Tony D'Angelo vs. Pete Dunne

Tony D'Angelo defeated Pete Dunne after a hard-fought Crowbar on a Pole match on WWE NXT 2.0 last week. The former held a memorial service for The Bruiserweight this week. The heel said it was a closed casket funeral after what he did to him.

D'Angelo said he would now focus on the NXT North American Championship held by Carmelo Hayes. SINGLES MATCH: Kay Lee Ray vs Ivy Niel; As you might have imagined, we are witnessing an excellent match between the two with Ray trying them all to avoid the physical overwhelming power of her opponent who this time has to face a much more demanding opponent than usual.

Kay now seems to be one step away from victory after having loaded her opponent on her shoulders ready to score the Kay Lee Bomb. Suddenly Mandy Rose shows up at ringside and forces Kay to let go of her. Subsequently, however, Kay again manages to load poor Ivy on her shoulders, but this time she struggles to score a roll-up.

Result: Ivy Nile's pinfall victory. Following RAW, Pete took to Twitter and told Orton to swiftly get away “before it’s too late”. Fans can recall how last year “The Bruiserweight” and “Original Bro” formed the unlikely tag team of The BroserWeights just ahead of the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

The warning was accompanied by a throwback picture of when Riddle and Dunne entered the arena in a golf cart following their win at the tag team tournament.
