NXT: Tommaso Ciampa and Bron Breakker showed good chemistry

MAIN EVENT: NXT Champion Bron Breakker & Tommaso Ciampa vs Legado del Fantasma; Despite the recent rashes, the Ciampa-Brealler duo seems to work very well enough to get to perform in a vertical suplex in stereo with a lot of the same exultation in perfect Ciampa style.

There is nothing to be done for the Legado who, after having experienced a hint of a reaction, are forced to capitulate under the blows of the champion and Ciampa.

Tommaso Ciampa and Bron Breakker shone

Tommaso Ciampa was back in control in the ring on NXT and laid out the Legado with clotheslines in either corner before tagging Bron Breakker in for another double-team move.

Escobar got on the apron for another distraction before Mendoza got a missile dropkick for a near fall. Bron Breakker got a spear on Mendoza but Wilde broke up the pin. Wilde was put through the announcer's desk by Ciampa before Breakker hit his finisher in the ring and picked up the win.

Result: Breakker and Ciampa pinch win. Before leaving you, I remind you of tonight's appointment at 7 pm on Open Wrestling TV with Black and Gold Vibes, where we will analyze in more detail the latest episode of our favorite brand.

Tommaso noted how that injury acted as a motivation for his transformation. “Celebrating being two years removed from career-ending neck surgery, wanting to push me beyond my limits without using “being a dad” as an excuse, turning thirty-six years old, and taking control of the things that I can control,” Ciampa wrote in the caption.

Ciampa also returned to Twitter on the same day as he returned to Instagram. He also expressed his desire to be a part of WM 22 next year. “WrestleMania season started April 12th, yeah? Don’t think I’ve ever been on that show…” he wrote.

Leon Ruff and Damien Priest squared off against Legado del Fantasma’s Raul Mendoza and NXT Cruiserweight Champion Santos Escobar. Priest hit Mendoza with the Reckoning, and Ruff connected with a big splash from the top rope for the win.

Ruff, Priest and Johnny Gargano will face off in a triple threat match for the North American Championship at Takeover. The former North American Champion was on commentary for the tag team match. Dexter Lumis appeared out of nowhere to prevent Grimes from causing more damage to the young wrestler.

Lumis’ last big match in NXT was a strap match against Roderick Strong during his rivalry with the Undisputed Era. Jake Atlas defeated Tony Nese in a match that showcased both competitors’ creative offence and athleticism.

Atlas picked up the win with the Cartwheel DDT and claimed to refocus on Santos Escobar and the Cruiserweight Championship.
