The last big PPV presented by TNA last weekend was Against All Odds and it also saw a WWE Superstar in the ring, who went to fight against the women's champion Jordynne Grace: Tatum Paxley. After seeing the beginning of a feud between Grace and Paxley at NXT Battleground, where Tatum had stolen the Knockout title from the hands of the time keeper, to send the TNA champion into a rage, also allowing Roxanne Perez to win her match, the NXT girl had also appeared as a surprise name as a challenger in the open challenge of the TNA champion.

In addition to the face of Paxley, however, another well-known face from the NXT environment was present backstage at the latest TNA PPV. We are talking about Johnny Russo, an important NXT writer, who as reported by the microphones of Fightful Select, was working behind the scenes at TNA, confirming the strong and lasting twinning that WWE has decided to establish with TNA.

New details on Tatum Paxley

As expected on the eve of the contest, Jordynne Grace had a very solid match at NXT Battleground, also helped by her powerful physique that put her opponent in no small difficulty. However, two external interferences came to Roxanne Perez's aid, distracting the TNA champion, allowing the NXT champion to win the final.

Towards the end of the match, in fact, Tatum Paxley arrived at ringside, who literally stole the Knockout title from the hands of the time keeper near the bell, walking away with the belt in her hand. Ash By Elegance, the former WWE Dana Brooke, stopped Tatum, with the TNA champion who intervened by hitting both opponents present at ringside, but leaving time for Perez to recover and hit her with her finisher, giving her the victory.

As expected on the eve of the Battleground match, Jordynne Grace played a very concrete and physical match, also helped by her powerful physique that put her opponent in no small difficulty. However, two external interferences came to the aid of Roxanne Perez, which distracted the TNA champion, allowing the final victory to the NXT champion.
