Pete Dunne talks about his career

On February 16, at NXT TakeOver: Portland, the BroserWeights defeated Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly of the Undisputed Era and thus conquered the NXT Tag Team Championship for the first time. In the NXT episode of February 19th, the BroserWeights defeated Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan in an untitled match.

In the March 11st episode of NXT, the BroserWeights successfully defended the titles against Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly of the Undisputed Era. He has also worked internationally with promotions such as Over The Top Wrestling, Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Destiny World Wrestling (DWW), and Michinoku Pro Wrestling (MPW).

During a long interview with Newsweek.com, the NXT superstar talked about his career: “I’m lucky to have this career where I haven’t spent time nailed down to one brand. I’ve been able to do other stuff like NXT UK, NXT in the states, being a part of RAW and various main roster tours, building up to the Survivor Series match with Adam Cole and being a part of the Royal Rumble… I’ve had this career where I come up unlike the stereotypical way most WWE talent do, and I’m grateful for that. And because of that I’ve become this sort of bridge between the UK and the U.S. NXT brand”.
