WWE seems to have already changed Hell in a Cell card

In recent weeks, WWE has begun to focus on its next PPV, Hell in a Cell, which will air from the federation's ThunderDome on June 20, effectively replacing last year's programming, when it premiered in May. Money in the Bank, the same PPV that WWE wanted to hold this year in July, for the return of fans in the weekly shows on the road.

If last year Hell in a Cell had aired in autumn, this year, however, the WWE preferred to include it in its schedule in the middle of summer, probably also going to mess up all the plans it had, given that after only a few days after the confirmation of the broadcasting of the PPV, disconcerting news arrives from the federation circles.

WWE Hell in a Cell 2021 will be the next pay-per-view

According to what has been revealed in the last few hours by the well-known site Ringside News, it would seem that the situation regarding the next PPV at WWE is anything but ready and established.

As reported literally on the pages of the well-known overseas site, in fact: "The entire card has not only not been booked yet, but at this point, it seems that everything that was foreseen by the booking team has been completely drastically changed."

Although there were already huge disputes that could enter the cage, without fans being able to criticize the WWE too much, such as the match between Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre, the one between Seth Rollins and Cesaro or the one between Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso, WWE seems to have wanted to twist everything again.

It is not known at the moment what the definitive plans are to date (if there are any), but according to what our counterparts from overseas have confirmed, there will be some big surprises from today to the next 20 of June.

Being the last PPV that WWE will hold inside the ThunderDome, it is very likely that the huge surprises that the management has prepared have been moved to the next event, namely Money in the Bank, but at the same time, it is also likely that the WWE to create even more hype towards the return of the public and therefore to push more towards the sale of tickets, offers great surprises already in Hell in a Cell.

At the moment, therefore, the situation is anything but obvious and we have nothing to do but wait for the developments of this matter. In what came as a major surprise to the WWE Universe, it has been announced that WWE Hell in a Cell 2021 will be the next pay-per-view after WrestleMania Backlash.

Set to take place on June 20, 2021, Hell in a Cell has taken place in either September or October of every year since 2009. WWE Money in the Bank, which usually takes place around May or June, has been slightly postponed. The reports suggest that it has been done to hold that event in front of a live crowd in July.

In any case, Hell in a Cell is one of the most exciting and punishing match stipulations in WWE history and it will be exciting to see what the company has in store for us this year.
