Very harsh words from Lana to Vince McMahon

In recent weeks, WWE has surprised WWE Universe fans and insiders themselves with a series of cuts to the company's top-tier wrestlers, some still involved in storylines around this same time. Among the main names there are certainly the former Universal Champion Braun Strowman and Aleister Black, but not only with some protagonists of the female roster cut quite surprisingly, among these there is Lana.

The former WWE wrestler now addressed 'vitriolic' words through a video on his social networks to the WWE Chairman and his former employer Vince McMahon.

Lana's words to Vince McMahon

In a video, on Instagram, the beautiful wrestler said harshly: "I have a lot of unfinished business, I don't want to give up on what I really love so easily.

I love wrestling, I love it so much. I've cried a lot about it and I don't want anyone to determine my fate, even if it's a billionaire like Vince McMahon. I am very grateful for the opportunities that Vince McMahon has given me over the years, but nobody decides my future."

Superstars such as Braun Strowman, Buddy Murphy, Santana Garrett, Aleister Black and Ruby Riott were also released with Lana. Known outside the WWE as CJ Perry, Lana's future is still to be deciphered but it seems that in any case, she wants to continue in the world of wrestling.

Recently, Lana posted a photo of her training intensely alongside some of her friends who are still present in WWE, such as Liv Morgan, Natalya and Nikki Cross. In the latest episode of Fightful Select there was a lot of discussion about Lana's release and as revealed in the Lana podcast: "There were significant plans for Lana earlier this year, especially before Charlotte Flair's return and it was even assured that Vince McMahon still had big plans for Lana but with the release, things didn't turn out that way."

Lana was one of a handful of WWE Superstars who were released this week. While many people in the wrestling world have commented on how shocked they were to see the likes of Braun Strowman and Aleister Black go, the reaction to Lana's departure has been understated.

"More details on Lana's time with WWE emerged to Fightful in the days following her release, and it would be noted that if Lana didn't have anything going on, it wasn't for lack of her trying," wrote Ross Sapp.

"We've heard several stories about how she (and Naomi) would follow up about their creative and constantly try to ensure they were doing something."
