Big E On Winning the Money in The Bank Briefcase

Big E is a former member of the popular WWE group called The New Day, and he recently won the WWE Money in the Bank Briefcase at the WWE MITB PPV event. Big E is still a popular superstar, even though he is no longer part of The New Day.

Big E has also not won any top WWE Title. Kofi Kingston from The New Day is the only one that won the WWE title. Big E has won Tag Team Titles before in his career though. Big E spoke to DAZN about winning his MITB match. Summerslam will take place in Las Vegas next month so the host asked Big E about who he would like to cash in the briefcase against.

He has two options at the moment. He can either challenge Roman Reigns for WWE Universal Title, or he can challenge Bobby Lashley for his WWE Title.

“Those are all great options,” Big E said.

“I feel Roman’s the guy though. Roman’s the guy in the industry, and if you want to be remembered, if you want to do something cool, something special, that’s a great way to do it. Roman’s on a tear.

This is one of the best runs I can remember. I feel like he’s definitely hitting his stride in a way that he hasn’t before”. Big E stated that Roman Reigns is the top start in WWE right now. Although Roman works for Smackdown, Big E believes that Roman is the best across all the WWE brands.

“You can look at the entire scope of the rest of the industry, and you can determine who you think is the number one guy, who you think is the best, who should be at the very top. I think it’s not that difficult to make an argument for Roman being number one across all brands, across all boards.

Beating him means that whoever beats him for that title, it’s going to be memorable. It’s going to mean something, and why not me?” Big E said. Roman Reigns will most likely have his hands full at SummerSlam already.

Roman Reigns will most likely fight the returning John Cena at SummerSlam. John Cena made his return at the MITB PPV event and he came out after Roman defeated Edge to retain his WWE Universal Title.
