*Spoiler* Reason why Bray Wyatt was released

In this scorching summer heat, WWE has once again shocked the world of wrestling and the entire WWE Universe. After the cuts that took place in recent months, the company of Vince McMahon has formalized the release of Bray Wyatt known to all fans and within the company also as The Fiend.

This news has literally shocked wrestling fans and the first inferences have already emerged regarding the reason for this surprising choice. Who spoke of his mental conditions, who spoke of his new physical conditions but the first denials have already arrived.

The well-known journalist Sean Ross has clarified that it is not at all a problem related to his presumed mental conditions.

The reason why Bray Wyatt was released

It had been a while since we had seen Bray Wyatt star in his role as The Fiend and WWE Universe fans have long been wondering when he would be back.

At Wrestlemania 37 The Fiend was defeated by Randy Orton with a small betrayal by his former partner Alexa Bliss. The wrestler hasn't worked with WWE for some time and we last saw him in a segment of the Firefly Fun House in the post Wrestlemania even last April.

Well-known colleague Dave Meltzer revealed to the world the reason for the wrestler's release by stating what John Laurinaitis told him directly. Bray Wyatt was released due to budget cuts, was due to return in August and had already been booked for some shows but quite surprisingly WWE opted for this particular and sensational choice.

Mike Rotunda's son joined WWE way back in 2013 and won the WWE Champion title once, Universal Champion twice, and once in Raw and once in SmackDown the Tag Team Champion title. His brother Bo Dallas was also present in WWE but WWE released him earlier this year.

Bray Wyatt last appeared in WWE on the post-WrestleMania 37 episode of RAW in a Firefly Fun House segment. Prior to that, performing as The Fiend, the two-time Universal Champion lost a six-minute match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania following a distraction from Alexa Bliss.

Bliss, whose WWE character aligned with The Fiend in 2020, has continued to appear on RAW in recent months. However, there has not been any storyline follow-up to her apparent betrayal of The Fiend at WrestleMania 37. The former Wyatt Family leader went on to feature in marquee WrestleMania matches against top WWE stars including John Cena, The Undertaker, and Randy Orton.

He also won the WWE Championship, SmackDown Tag Team Championship (w/Harper and Orton), and RAW Tag Team Championship (w/Matt Hardy) before undergoing another character transformation.
