WWE fired a series of Superstars this year that included decidedly unexpected names, and fans were shocked when the company announced in June that former Universal Champion, Braun Strowman, was among them. The non-compete clause of the now-former Monster Among Men is set to expire soon, and now everyone is wondering where he could continue his career.
And in this sense, it was he himself who provided some interesting clues. Including the new name that he could take on in the near future. Braun Strowman has apparently anticipated to his social media followers that he will use the name Titan in his next one and also hinted that this could be related to his coming to Impact Wrestling.
"Remember in life if you are going to do something make sure you make an impact. Carve your name in stone !!! #Titan", wrote Braun Strowman.
Braun Strowman recently posted a cryptic tweet
It's worth noting that Impact's EVP Scott D'Amore recently claimed in a Twitch clip that Impact is "Braun For Glory", which could be a sign that Braun Strowman will debut the company, of course, at Bound.
For Glory, next October. Braun Strowman's 90-day non-compete clause will expire on August 31st. After that day he will be free to negotiate his future and the continuation of his wrestling career with whomever he wants. Instead, it seems to be excluded that his new federation could be the AEW.
Although Tony Khan has in fact suggested in a recent interview with Dave Meltzer that even in the coming months he will be hired for his company. Among the names that appear in the ideal list are in fact those of Ruby Riott and Ric Flair, and perhaps even Adam Cole, who is currently a free agent.
But not Bray Wyatt and, at the moment, not even Braun Strowman. Braun Strowman made his main roster debut as a member of The Wyatt Family in August 2015. He wreaked havoc on RAW and SmackDown and faced big names like Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins.
Strowman was the winner of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 35 in 2019. Braun Strowman has worked tirelessly on his physique following his WWE release, and it goes without saying that he looks more than ready to step back into the squared circle once again.
