Paige takes a shot at WWE

After several months of waiting, Becky Lynch made her return to WWE in SummerSlam Pay Per View. A return to the ring that she caused a sensation especially for how she went in the event of the summer. Becky arrived to replace the absent Sasha Banks and won the title in an incredible way after 27 seconds in a sort of 'squash match' The goal of Vince McMahon's company is to get Becky back as Heel in this interesting feud.

Meanwhile, updates on the upcoming WWE Pay Per View and on who will challenge Seth Rollins' wife and new champion for the title. In the last episode of Friday Night Smackdown Becky did not apologize for her behavior at SummerSlam and came to verbally attack her in search of the title, not only Bianca Belair but also Carmella, Zelina Vega and Liv Morgan.

In the end the match was won by Bianca Belair. On September 26th it was announced that in the Pay Per View of Extreme Rules there will be a rematch for the female title between Bianca Belair and the new champion Becky Lynch.

Former WWE Divas Champion Paige isn't happy about Becky Lynch squashing Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women's Championship at SummerSlam 2021. It has been a while since former NXT champion and longtime star of the main roster Paige has been absent due to a neck problem with a recent injury.

Paige talks about SummerSlam

Responding to a fan about the squash match between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch at SummerSlam Paige spoke like this: "I hated how it went, this squash match did nothing for women's wrestling and it definitely wasn't good in my view."

The WWE Universe, however, now has a great curiosity for Becky in the role of Heel (it is said that they want to make her retrace the footsteps of Roman Reigns) and for how she will go the new match titled against Bianca Belair.

As for Paige, it seems it will take some time to see her in the ring again and the wrestler herself, although she feels ready mentally, she shouldn't be back in the WWE ring for about a year (those are the times). As for Becky Lynch, she went on to become one of the biggest superstars of the modern era and won the first-ever women's main event in WrestleMania history.

Lynch then went on hiatus due to her pregnancy in 2020, but she has finally made her return. Lynch squashing Bianca certainly wasn't the ideal return that fans had been anticipating, and here's hoping that WWE handles this feud well in the near future.
