The latest episode of Monday Night Raw, a new episode was to act as construction in view of the next Pay Per View, scheduled for September 26, of Extreme Rules. After what happened last week tonight there will be an untitled match between WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and The Celtic Warrior Sheamus.
The two last week were engaged in the Main Event in a Tag Team Match against Drew Mcintyre and Damian Priest but at a certain point of the meeting the champion abandoned leaving Sheamus prey to the two opponents and thus leading him to defeat.
After a verbal confrontation in the post match, The All Mighty will take on Sheamus tonight. Hall of Famer WWE Bill Goldberg is also announced in tonight's episode. The company posted a video on its social networks where The Man 'threatens' Bobby Lashley after the attack that the champion carried out on Goldberg's son, Gage, in SummerSlam.
In fact, in that Pay per View, after winning by injuring Goldberg, Lashley reacted to Gage's surprise attack and massacred him, thus unleashing Bill Goldberg's fury.
Latest update on Bobby Lashley
Goldberg was on a quest to defeat Bobby Lashley at SummerSlam 2021 and win the WWE title.
Things didn't go as planned though, and he ended up losing the match via referee stoppage. Lashley continued the beatdown on Goldberg after the win, which led to Gage attacking Lashley from behind. The WWE Champion responded by trapping Gage in a Hurt Lock.
Goldberg tended to his fallen son while Lashley and MVP left for the back. After the events of SummerSlam and Eva Marie's attack on Doudrop last week, tonight there will be a showdown. In fact, a meeting between Eva Marie and Doudrop is scheduled on Monday Night Raw with each one who will try to assert their reasons.
There are these and many other things that were to characterize the three hours of Monday Night Raw with a possible new clash between RK-Bro and the couple composed of AJ Styles and Omos and we'll see if there will be some other episode that will characterize the relationship between Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
Goldberg's son has appeared on WWE TV a few times over the past five years. He first appeared at Survivor Series 2016 to celebrate with his dad after the WWE legend defeated Brock Lesnar in a matter of minutes. Gage was also at Goldberg's side when he bade the WWE Universe goodbye following his Universal title loss to Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 33 in 2017.
