Eva Marie returned to action on WWE RAW this week for a match against her former protégé Doudrop. The two superstars were scheduled to face each other in a singles match two weeks ago.
Eva Marie returned to action on WWE RAW
It is difficult to ignore a lackluster performance, especially one that tends to repeat itself every week.
In hindsight, all of the promos about Eva Marie’s return amount to absolutely nothing. That said, it was good to see Doudrop back in action. She looked promising inside the squared circle and is slowly turning herself into a confident babyface.
She should be involved in interesting feuds on the Red brand that will help create more credible challengers for the women’s championships. We hope that the creative team will use her effectively as we move forward. We see Charlotte Flair backstage being stopped by interviewer Sarah Schreiber who tries to get her to say something about Alexa, but Charlotte is of few words and angry takes poor Charly and throws her in the garbage can.
#anchelebambolehannosentimenti #GiveCharlyAChance AJ Styles, Omos, Mace & T-BAR vs. Mansoor, Mustafa Ali & The New Day Ehhh nothing, with all these couples we have to see Bobby Lashley and MVP going for the RK-BRO couple title.
WWE really likes to mix single and duo titles, there's nothing they can do. However, the match proceeds smoothly, a very normal team match, but when Omos enters it becomes impossible to land him even if all the opponents try, but he frees himself and manages to land Mustafa Ali by pinning him, winning for his team.
A tag team match between a couple of teams was supposed to decide who would be the number one contender for the Raw tag team titles. Bobby Lashley and MVP wanted to take part in the same, but Randy Orton wasn’t having it. The only way Orton agreed to it was when Lashley put the WWE Championship on the line.
