Huge match announced for Crown Jewel

One of the main feuds that have entertained the WWE Universe on the side of Friday Night Smackdown in recent weeks and months has been the one staged by Rated R Superstar, Edge and former WWE Champion, and WWE Messiah, Seth Rollins.

The two also had a cartel match in the last Big Four broadcast by WWE this summer, Summerslam, with the clash arriving a few weeks ago on the blue show, which apparently may not now be the last between the two. Between the two top names of Friday Night Smackdown, there could in fact be the third and final round, with the venue of this clash apparently being the 2021 Crown Jewel, the PPV that'll be held in Saudi Arabia.

As reported by the ever-present Dave Meltzer, through the microphones of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is already organizing the third and probably last clash between its two top names of the Friday night show, with the Saudi Arabian arena that will host Crown Jewel's next event, which would be the perfect opportunity to stage the contest.

WWE has produced two Crown Jewel pay-per-views

In his latest update, Meltzer said: "It seems that in Saudi Arabia we will have Edge and Seth, Bill Goldberg and Lashley and certainly also Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. So, at the moment, these are the plans." In addition to having the third clash between the WWE Hall of Famer and the former Universal Champion, we should also see the clash between the two beasts of Monday Night Raw, after what we always saw at Summerslam, with the All Mighty who also attacked Goldberg's son, Gage and the clash that fans have been waiting for weeks, with The Beast who will go in search of his umpteenth belt, with the Tribal Chief who this time will have bread for his teeth.

We'll see this time, Paul Heyman on who's side, as the two have only had a face-to-face fight in Summerslam, but never a match in years. Will Smackdown's Mad Genius keep his word to the Tribal Chief or double-cross? WWE has produced two Crown Jewel Pay-Per-Views as of this writing.

Both events aired in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The first event aired on November 2nd, 2018 and featured the WWE World Cup won by Shane McMahon. It was the main evented by D-Generation-X (Triple H & Shawn Michaels against The Undertaker and Kane.

The second Crown Jewel event aired on October 31st, 2019 and featured boxing champion Tyson Fury and MMA star Cain Velasquez. It also featured a match between Team Hogan and Team Flair.
