The WWE has been home to some of the best female wrestlers of all time. There are a few talented women on the independent circuit, but most female wrestlers earn their fame within the ranks of the WWE. Women’s wrestling wasn’t taken very seriously before the arrival of women such as Lita, Chyna, Trish Stratus, Beth Phoenix and Mickie James.
These female wrestlers helped shape modern women’s wrestling. Unfortunately, Chyna passed away in 2016 due to a drug overdose. Her exit from the WWE was a bad one and she was one of the best female talents the WWE has ever had.
Ever since she left the company, the WWE kind of turned its back on her. Many of her fans want her to be induced into the WWE Hall of Fame, but the WWE has so far made no effort to get it done. Her friend, Rob Potylo released a video recently where she talked about how she desperately wants to bury the hatchet with the WWE.
The video was released on Twitter. One of the things I'm having difficulty still is my communication with the WWE," said Chyna. "I've been trying to convey that through the Hall of Fame and asking for sit downs.
I would like to just be able to do this privately where I can atone and say I'm sorry for the things that I've done. I feel bad about having said certain things under duress and pain and things I haven't resolved privately”.
For those that doubt her love for wrestling, well here is proof of how much she loved the WWE!
