After Crown Jewel, WWE announced that the effects of the Draft would come inexorable and so it was already from tonight's episode of Friday Night Smackdown, where we saw Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch exchange their respective titles of champion of the red roster and of the blue one.
From the 22nd of October, in fact, or from the day after Crown Jewel, all the athletes mentioned in the WWE Draft had to change the roster, with Smackdown receiving big names like Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy and Charlotte Flair and with Raw receiving instead other big names like Edge, Seth Rollins or Becky Lynch.
Two athletes who had appeared at Smackdown in recent months and who had also fought with the former couple champions of the main roster were Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox, called in advance by NXT, to present themselves on the blue show rings, with a call came quite surprisingly, months before the official draft.
Now, with the Draft made official, the two have been separated, with Shotzi staying at Smackdown and friend Tegan moving to Raw from Monday.
The latest news on Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox
According to reports from the well-known overseas site PW Insider, WWE intends to bring the two former allies of NXT and the main roster to live two completely opposite paths after the Draft.
If Tegan Nox remains face but continues his main roster path on Monday Night Raw, as far as eccentric green-haired athlete Shotzi Blackheart is concerned, things are absolutely different. According to the journalists of the well-known American newspaper, Shotzi will be a heel in the Smackdown ring, with the commitment that she will soon be no longer on the side of the WWE Universe, but on the other side of the fence.
On a related note, the reporters on the site reported how the two had already worked as heels on the last WWE house show in Texas, with the former NXTs still fighting against Tamina and Natalya, but this time on the bad side, to see how the crowd reacted to Shotzi's turn.
As for the other newcomer to Smackdown and therefore Xia Li, transported to the main roster with the Draft, the Chinese should instead be a babyface, while the future returning Mia Yim, will have to stay in the ring of the red show, on Raw, always as the babyface of the company.
She returned to the company and competed in the 2018 Mae Young Classic tournament. It was supposed to be her triumphant return but ended in tragedy. During her match against Rhea Ripley, she suffered multiple injuries. She tore her MCL, ACL, lateral collateral ligament, and meniscus and dislocated hr patella. The injuries were serious and kept her out of action for a year.
