SmackDown: Hit Row made their main roster debut

During the latest episode of Friday Night Smackdown aired last Friday on the FOX television screens, WWE wanted to stage all the new moves arrived with the Draft, making all these changes effective. Among the many athletes who landed in front of the cameras of the blue show, the guys from the NXT, Hit Row also arrived, with all the complete stable that was drafted at Smackdown.

According to the latest rumors, the WWE has big plans for the guys who have arrived on the main roster from NXT, with some of them likely to start working in singles soon, as carried out by Big E in the last year and with such work that he even led to becoming WWE Champion.

Apparently, however, WWE has already changed its mind on the stable debut at Smackdown, with some plans that had been organized from the beginning and then a few hours before the direct of the blue show, have been replaced by what we have seen instead at Friday Night Smackdown.

Hit Row made their highly awaited main roster debut

As revealed in the last hours by the well-known overseas site, Fightful, through its pages, we learn that the Hit Row should have fought against Jinder Mahal and Shanky in Smackdown and not against the two local jobbers.

In fact, as reported at the bottom of the site: "Jinder and Shanky were internally expected to be Hit Row opponents, which was obviously changed in the end. We will work to understand why this match did not air, even if it seems to have gone better this way."

Despite the great success that has already come for the stable at Smackdown, many are still worried that it may have been a bit too much. risky to move the entire stable already in the main roster, after only a few months of work at NXT.

Usually, the NXT Superstars are in fact moved after years of work on the rings of the WWE yellow show, while, on the other hand, for the Hit Row the call came much earlier than usual. In the first SmackDown after Crown Jewel 2021, Hit Row made their main roster debut.

The former NXT faction instead went on to face a few local competitors and successfully got the win on their debut. The faction had a relatively easy night on SmackDown, as Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott started the match and Top Dolla soon made his impact as well.

Dolla picked up both men and tossed them across the ring, showcasing his brutal power. Following an incredible run on NXT, Hit Row were recently called up to the blue brand of SmackDown. After Scott turned heel on Leon Ruff on the February 17 episode of WWE NXT, the former WWE NXT North American Champion planted the seeds for the birth of Hit Row.
