What happened to the undrafted WWE superstars?

Just a few weeks ago, WWE staged two episodes, one of Friday Night Smackdown and one of Monday Night Raw, dedicated entirely to the 2021 Draft, with several great athletes who moved from the red to the blue show and vice versa.

Since the last episode of Smackdown, we have witnessed the first official changes that have been made thanks to the Draft, with the WWE having already communicated how these changes would take effect only from the day after Crown Jewel, or October 22nd and so it was.

After seeing the exchange of titles between Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, which brought several rumours and shadows on the situation of the daughter of the two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair in the company, further news emerges regarding the Draft and its effects not really evident.

What happened to the other undrafted WWE superstars?

According to what was reported by the well-known website PW Insider, several great WWE athletes who did not appear during the episodes of the Draft, because they were absent or injured, would actually have been assigned to the membership rosters, including some athletes who remained Free Agents.

According to the well-known overseas site, this is the list of the remaining Superstars, with their show they belong to: Asuka - RAW; - Bayley - Free Agent; - Brock Lesnar - Smackdown; - Dakota Kai - NXT; - Elias - RAW; - Eva Marie - Free Agent; - Lacey Evans - Free Agent; - Lucha House Party - RAW.

Some interesting things emerge from the list, such as the fact that both Bayley and Lacey Evans, who will be out for a long time, as one fights with a long injury and the other has just given birth, have obviously not been assigned.

to any roster. Brock Lesnar, who instead had announced directly to Smackdown that he was a free agent, for WWE is actually part of Smackdown, where he will continue in the future to carry on the feud with the Tribal Chief. At the moment, however, there's news of Asuka and Elias, with both athletes assigned ex-officio to Monday Night Raw, and who have not appeared in front of the company's television screens for weeks.

Eva Marie, on the other hand, has just gone away to record her latest film effort and will therefore be absent for some time. RAW featured RK-Bro, AJ Styles and Omos, and the New Day as its last three Champions. Of those three teams, only the New Day moved over to SmackDown.

The Hurt Business has seemingly reformed, adding that duo back into the division. As draft picks, RAW added almost all of the former SmackDown Tag Team division. The Mysterios, Alpha Academy, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode, and the Street Profits all moved over to RAW in the Draft giving RAW seven tag teams.
