Jeff Hardy's released by WWE

It was news that basically appeared in the air, but many hoped it would not happen. WWE has announced the release from the company of Jeff Hardy, one of the wrestlers who made the history of this company and undoubtedly among those with more experience on the main roster.

Fightful Select colleague Sean Ross Sapp first confirmed this through his social account. According to the reporter, the WWE offered to help the wrestler overcome his problems (now known to all) and wanted to send him to rehab but the wrestler refused.

Hence the decision to end the relationship and release the boy.

Jeff Hardy was released

It all started the other day with Jeff Hardy who was kicked out of a WWE house show, an event that the company had organized in Corpus Christi and replaced at the last minute by Rey Mysterio.

That was the straw that broke the camel's back even if things did not go purely like this. There was already a heavy precedent that took place the night before: during the event, Jeff Hardy did not show himself at 100% and left the event that saw him paired with Drew Mcintyre and Xavier Woods, engaged in a three against three, against the full Bloodline, made up of Tribal Chief Roman Reigns and his 'loyal' Jey and Jimmy Uso.

Jeff left the ring and went into the crowd, not even returning to celebrate the victory at the end of the match. All this was witnessed by an amateur video taken by a fan who certified a situation that was anything but simple and showed the wrestler really subdued and in a way that worried all fans of him.

This whole situation immediately put the WWE Universe in early warning and the release by the company confirms the worst auspices. Jeff Hardy says goodbye to WWE and the editorial staff of Worldwrestling.it hopes that he can solve his problems as soon as possible and then return to the ring of this business.

Jeff Hardy, along with his brother Matt (who is signed with AEW) have been standard-bearers for tag-team wrestling. Since their debut during WWE's Attitude Era, The Hardy Boyz have shocked fans with their high-flying and risk-taking maneuvers for decades.

As a singles competitor, Jeff Hardy is a Grand Slam champion in WWE, which means he has won every championship. It goes without saying that superstars of both past and present would get emotional over this news. WWE Champion Big E took to Twitter to praise Hardy and also wish him and his family the best during this tough time.
