Will Ricochet finally have his push?

In the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Ricochet confronted current WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn, offering him a match for the title in the next week's episode, which has just begun. It all happened two weeks after Ricochet's resounding victory over Sheamus.

According to PWInsider, all of this is happening because WWE has decided to push the wrestler into the blue brand because it seems that internally he is placed on the list at number two of the single babyface after Drew McIntyre.

However, there is no certainty that this push will go on after the title match against Zayn. In the same list, there are also Big E, Kofi Kingston and Shinsuke Nakamura, but they are valid for the babyface, but as tag team competitors.

It should be noted that Nakamura is considered to be a team with Boogs.

Latest update on Ricochet

Last week on SmackDown, Ricochet confronted Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn and challenged him. While Zayn asked him to go to the back of the line, WWE on-screen official Adam Pearce made the match official between the two on next week's SmackDown with the Intercontinental title on the line.

Immediately after the online emergence of the affair of Mustafa Ali, who asked the WWE to be released, unhappy with his work in the company, WWE Universe fans literally poured into social media, going to attack the company for having treated in a manner certainly not adequate neither Ali nor Ricochet, with some members of the federation public who highlighted the great qualities never used by the WWE of the two wrestlers.

For the occasion, both wrestlers were trending on Twitter. In the latest interview with "Out of Character with Ryan Satin", the wrestler himself wanted to talk about him in the ring name: “I've always needed adrenaline, ever since I was younger.

I've always had these kinds of emotions inside of me. I think Ricochet is just one name behind this. I think Ricochet is the embodiment of adrenaline. He is the embodiment of my excitement when I perform and of the action. He is all of this.

I think Ricochet is just a name for all these feelings and emotions I have. Ricochet is not just a character. Ricochet is energy. You see it and you don't believe that everything that actually happens is happening." Ricochet, for the uninitiated, literally means "to bounce", which the wrestler does very well in the ring.

In what has been one of the biggest and most shocking rumors over the last few days, Vince McMahon is reportedly set to make his in-ring return at this year's WrestleMania 38 against Pat McAfee.
