Randy Orton recently celebrated his 20-year anniversary at WWE. Randy Orton is a former member of Evolution, which was at one time the most popular heel faction in the WWE. Randy Orton has won almost every single important title in the WWE and has headlined numerous PPV events.

He has also been part of some of the most important storylines in WWE history. The current WWE Champion is Roman Reigns, who was a member of The Shield at one time. Roman Reigns at the time was a heel wrestler but was pushed very hard by Vince McMahon.

Eventually, he became the top guy in the company.

Randy Orton Talks About His WWE Career and His Legacy

During his celebration, Orton spoke about his WWE debut that took place on April 25th, 2002. His match was against Hardcore Holly.

After defeating him, he started his journey to capture the WWE Intercontinental Title. He fought WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam at Armageddon 2003. He then went on to fight The Rock at Mic Foley at WrestleMania XX while being a member of Evolution.

And then he had one of the most iconic performances of his career at Backlash 2004 against Mick Foley. His most recent match that he spoke about what his match against The Usos at Survivor Series. He teamed up with Matt Riddle to fight them.

The match took place in 2021. Orton spoke about the legacy that he will leave behind when he finally quits the WWE. “A lot of people ask me what my legacy will be,” Orton said. “If you are talking WWE more specifically, my legacy would be [I was] the next guy after The Undertaker to never go anywhere else and had more matches, more titles, and accolades than anyone else.

I don’t care if Roman Reigns…I’m sure he’s got Dwayne Johnson’s agent number on speed dial. Roman will be in Hollywood, I’ll still be here. I’m in my prime, ladies and gentlemen. I’ve got a long way to go.

My legacy will be that I did it longer than anybody”. Triple H also stated recently that his feud with Randy Orton was one of the best of his career. Randy Orton has also received enormous praise from many superstars, including the Undertaker over the years
