Most wrestling promotions try to keep whatever goes inside backstage a secret. There was a time when the secrets remained secrets! These days, journalists are able to use their sources to get an idea of a wrestling promotion’s plans.
They are also able to get an idea of which wrestler is going leave or join a particular promotion. The Revival has their first taste of WWE gold recently. According to a few reports, the Revival asked the WWE to release them.
The reports suggested that The Revival was not happy with the way the WWE was handling them. Dash Wilder, a member of The Revival, spoke to Mirror Online about the reports. He stated that the reports are not far from the truth, but they are not 100% correct either.
"I won't touch on it too much, but what I will say is, that it was lost in translation," Wilder stated. "There were some things that got out there that I don't think people knew the full story about.
I don't think it aggravated us, it kind of gave us - again, we like to be angry. We like to be mad at things and have something to fight for. So that gave us more fuel for the fire and we were like, 'We'll have fun with the internet over that, as they don't know what's what, so we're not going to tell them otherwise.'
