Bill Apter takes a shot at Shinsuke Nakamura

Roman Reigns has now been the undisputed symbol of WWE for a couple of years, having finally managed to fully express his talent thanks to the new collaboration with Paul Heyman. Unsurprisingly, the 'Tribal Chief' defeated Brock Lesnar in the 38th edition of WrestleMania, reiterating that he was the best and winning the entire stakes.

After the end of the rivalry with the Beast, it seemed that the former member of the Shield was starting a heated rivalry with Shinsuke Nakamura. According to the latest rumors, WWE management has decided to discard this hypothesis.

Reigns has nine WrestleMania entries, with a record of seven wins against two losses. Along with Brock Lesnar, he was the only wrestler capable of beating The Undertaker in the most important event on the WWE calendar. In a recent conversation on Sportskeeda, wrestling expert Bill Apter took a closer look at Roman's prospects.

Bill Apter slams Shinsuke Nakamura

"Shinsuke Nakamura seemed destined to fight Roman Reigns for the world title, but instead he got yet another slap in the face. His popularity is at an all-time low” - began Bill Apter.

"Perhaps the WWE has realized that Nakamura is not able to attract the interest of fans, unlike other wrestlers like Drew Mcintyre" - he added the dose. Bill then praised Randy Orton, who just celebrated the 20th anniversary of his WWE debut.

“I didn't think the Viper career would go on for that long, I have to be honest. The Legend Killer has proven to be a true legend of this business, thanks also to an extraordinary dedication. His alliance with Riddle, which many were skeptical of, gave new impetus to his WWE adventure.

Very few athletes have been able to do what Randy did. Orton's career isn't over yet and I would be surprised if he doesn't make it into the all-time Top 5 once he's retired. There are not many who can boast such longevity." Bolin stated that he loved Nakamura's work and disliked how WWE has utilized the Japanese superstar on television.

While a win for Nakamura and Boogs will help improve their standing on the roster, Kenny Bolin feels that The Usos will prevail and hold on to their belts. "I don't see them putting the belts on those two. I love Shinsuke with a passion; I hate what they are doing with him right now; I say The Usos continue their streak," said Kenny Bolin.

"Even though, if they want to elevate Shinsuke and this clown a little bit, that would be the way to do. But I wouldn't do it. I'd just keep it on The Usos and find a legit tag team to do something about it."
