Raw: Seth Rollins got his revenge

The return of Cody Rhodes to WWE has left everyone in awe. After a six-year absence, 'The American Nightmare' appeared on WrestleMania 38 to general amazement. The former AEW star beat Seth Rollins in the most important event on the calendar and also repeated a few days ago at WrestleMania Backlash.

During his career, the 36-year-old from Marietta has won the Intercontinental title twice, the WWE Tag Team Championship three times and the World Tag Team Championship three times. He also held the ROH World Championship and the NWA World Heavyweight Championship once each.

In 2019 he was one of the founders of All Elite Wrestling, the new company led by Tony Khan, where he also served as executive vice president. Interviewed backstage immediately after the victory at Backlash, Cody reiterated his desire to win the world title.

Seth Rollins vs.Cody Rhodes at Hell in a Cell

During the episode of Monday Night Raw aired tonight, WWE wanted to start building its next ppv, or the one dedicated to the infernal cages, the Hell in a Cell, with the first contest of the event which will be the third clash between Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes.

After Wrestlemania and Wrestlemania Backlash, the two will therefore have to deal with it inside the WWE cage, with the athletes who will surely leave nothing to chance and will use everything that can be used within a match of this kind for the Stamford company.

After seeing a promo from Cody in the middle of the Raw ring, the challenge for Hell in a Cell from the son of the American Dream started, with Seth willing to accept this challenge from the titantron, telling all his opponents "see you in hell"

After the problems it had with the two tag team champions, Sasha Banks and Naomi, who left the arena, WWE managed instead to build something important for its next ppv, with the first stone being laid for the 'event. Here is what Seth Rollins said about Jon Moxley and the possibility of working with him again: "Well, to quote a famous Deadman, 'Never say never, baby.'

Who knows? Mox is doing his thing - Blackpool Combat Club or whatever, running wild over there and doing his deal. He's a wild animal, man. You never know what's gonna happen," said Seth Rollins. "He could show up right here.

He might be behind the curtain right now, I have no idea. So, if I get Paradigm Shifted at this stage, don't be alarmed. But, I hope that we haven't seen the last of Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose in the same ring together."
