During the last episode of Friday Night Smackdown aired last Friday, there was yet another face to face between the duo champions of Smackdown and those of Monday Night Raw, that is the Usos on one side and the RK-Bro on the other, with the counterparts on the main roster who have been in a feud for weeks.
Already in the last ppv of the company, that is Wrestlemania Backlash, there should have been a dispute that saw the two teams staging a match valid for both belts of the two rosters, with the victorious team that should have left the event as a team unified champion of both rosters, just like Roman Reigns, with the WWE title and the Universal title from Wrestlemania onwards.
In the end, WWE has only thought about postponing that challenge, with the match coming tonight at Friday Night Smackdown and will therefore see the two teams finally collide with something up for grabs.
WWE made a mistake
Apparently, in the last few hours a photo's said to have emerged online that would seem to have spoiled the winners of tonight's contest at Friday Night Smackdown, with an image posted by one of the WWE accounts overseas, or the official WWE profile in the UK, who reported that the Usos are the ones who will come out of the match with both belts on their hips.
As we can see from the photo posted and then immediately deleted: Could WWE be wrong to post a graphic that will only be staged a few hours too soon? Or did some jokey play some joke making a montage of some Usos photos and then post it on the official English WWE website? At the moment we don't have details to define one or the other hypothesis as the most correct one (including the hypothesis of the gross error), so we just have to wait for the night, to understand how the story will end between the two champion teams of the main roster of the McMahon company.
As per Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current plan for Reigns vs. McIntyre could change if Tyson Fury returns to WWE and is part of Clash at the Castle: "The plan for the show as of right now is Roman Reigns vs.
Drew McIntyre as the main event, but if Tyson Fury is part of the show, it could change to him against McIntyre." Tyson Fury is a two-time world heavyweight champion in boxing and one of the most controversial and popular stars in the United Kingdom.
