Lacey Evans wants to win a title

After several months of absence to give birth to her second daughter, Lacey Evans is back more determined than ever, presenting us with a new version of herself that wants to be an example to many women and many parents. In fact, through some cartoons, she told us about the difficult childhood and adolescence she went through with a father with various psychological problems and a mother who went out of her way to guarantee the family certain stability, which made her a woman, wife and better mother for her own family that she built growing up.

But now Lacey, after moving from roster to roster for no reason, obviously due to the decisions made by the WWE management, is ready to take what she thinks should be hers before her hiatus: the female title of SmackDown.

Latest update on Lacey Evans

Lacey Evans fought for the first time since her return in a match against Xia Li, who also appears to be injured, during the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Sassy Southern Belle won by qualifying for the Money In The Bank Ladder Match.

During a backstage chat with Kayla Braxton on Talking Smack, Lacey Evans said, “I mean, with everything I've been through so far, I've been to Raw, I've been to SmackDown, I've been trying to be wherever they needed me.

They needed me here tonight and they gave me a chance that I think I needed and I won. I'm going to damn Money in the Bank and I haven't realized it yet." Then she also wanted to send a clear message to the champion of the blue brand, Ronda Rousey, even if she did not clearly mention her name: "Lacey Evans is back.

She is completely focused on the game and is looking for the female title SmackDown. I should have been champion before leaving, and soon I will become champion, I feel it." During the interview then, she also showed her eldest daughter, who said she was very proud of her, her mother.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider noted that Lacey Evans is reported to be attending SmackDown this Friday night in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While it has been stated that she will be in attendance, there is no word if that means she will be making an on-screen return.

Evans last wrestled for the company on an episode of RAW in February 2021 inside The Thunderdome. She teamed up with Peyton Royce against Charlotte Flair and Asuka.
