Raw: Theory used a strange object

The last episode of Monday Night Raw saw a curious as well as a particular epilogue. The evening's Main Event featured not a match, but an unusual challenge on the best 'pose' between US champion Austin Theory and expert Bobby Lashley.

After a selection of three tests, The All Mighty had the absolute approval of the public who saw the wrestler as the winner, quite clearly, of the challenge. At the end of the fight, Austin unexpectedly attacked Lashley and left him on the ground.

The RAW episode ended with a happy and cheeky Theory while taking pictures. Arousing curiosity to both WWE Universe fans and insiders was the way the match ended. Austin Theory got the better of his opponent by spraying Lashley's face with baby oil.

An unusual and quite curious tool to conclude this story.

Theory is increasingly ambitious

Currently, Theory is the youngest champion in the United States and in recent weeks there are clear signs of a Feud between the wrestler and Bobby Lashley.

Some insiders say it would be the company's intention to give the title to Lashley, in order to elevate the role of the US champion. Theory, on the other hand, could soon be the protagonist of a clash with John Cena. The WWE legend will make his return, for the twentieth anniversary of his debut with the Stanford company, in the episode of Monday Night Raw on June 27th and Theory has repeatedly highlighted the will to want to challenge Cena.

Just recently, the wrestler made statements to the New York Post about this possibility: "It will only take two words that will have to come out of my mouth because I think when that moment comes and I'm in the ring with John Cena, man, I won't know what to say.

I don't know what I'm going to say. I do not know. I have no idea because as you have said and as you have already talked about it, I clearly know what it was like for me to grow up watching John, only the story we have here and there is a story on its own.

Dude, that would be crazy for me. I see it coming for sure." Former Women’s Champion Bayley is among those who have compared the two characters on social media. However, speaking to Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Riju Dasgupta, Theory dismissed claims that he stole his former co-worker’s gimmick: “You see stuff online where people are like, ‘It’s ripping this off, it’s ripping that off.’ To me, it’s a different way of doing it and I’m going about it a different way.

Anything that people might have seen before or think they might have seen before, they don’t want to get along with it because they’re like, ‘Well, it’s already happened.’ But I think what I do is totally different”.
