REY MYSTERIO VS FINN BALOR Before the match, Balor tries to convince Dominik that his father Rey has nothing left to offer him and that he is welcome on The Judgment Day; finally, Finn turns to Rey accusing him of being a bad coach and a bad father.
Very interesting match even if the feud is not very convincing.
The Judgment Day tried again
The Judgment Day came out on WWE RAW and tried to get Dominik to join them. They called Rey “washed up” and showed footage of their betrayal of Edge.
The Mysterios attacked Finn Balor and Damian Priest before the match got underway. Noteworthy is the sunset flip powerbomb against Mysterio's barricades against poor Finn Balor, a scene that reminded me a lot of the moment in which he got injured and won (and then had to abandon) the Universal title precisely for a Rollins powerbomb performed on the barricades, and the super Hurricanrana, from the third rope, also by Mysterio against Balor.
The winner, however, is Balor who closes the match with the Coup de Grace. WINNER: FINN BALOR. The Beast Incarnate said, “Pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered. Roman Reigns, you are a hog. And I slaughter hogs on my farm every single day.
At SummerSlam, the Tribal Hog is going to get a country a** kicking to the likes he has never seen”. Before the former WWE Champion could say anything more, Paul Heyman came out. At first, Heyman explained why Brock Lesnar is the favorite to win at WWE SummerSlam 2022.
He also called Lesnar a hog slaughter. Soon after that, Heyman gave a reference to Brock Lesnar ending The Undertaker‘s WrestleMania streak in the past. However, he also claimed his former client won’t be able to stop Roman Reigns’ title run.
This was not all. Paul Heyman also took a dig at Lesnar. Before the match, The Judgment Day asked Dominik to join them and called Rey "washed up" before they showed off footage of their betrayal of Edge. The Mysterios proceeded to attack The Judgment Day, and they sent the duo out of the ring before we headed for a break.
The veteran got back in the ring and hit a big dropkick and a Sunset Bomb onto the barricade outside. Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns fought against each other numerous times in recent years. Their current feud began in the last few months of 2021. Everyone thought that their WrestleMania 38 match was their last one.
