The Rock loves a former tag team champion

The Rock is unanimously recognized as one of the most iconic performers of all time. Johnson won 19 titles during his glorious career, including ten world titles. He has also won the Intercontinental Championship twice and the WWF Tag Team Championship five times.

Starting in the 2000s, he decided to pursue a film career and in a short time, he became one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood. In between movies, Dwayne allows himself a few appearances in the ring to greet the WWE Universe.

According to insiders, The Rock will face his cousin Roman Reigns in the highlight match of WrestleMania 39. In a lengthy interview granted to 'Entertainment Tonight', the 50-year-old from Hayward had wonderful words for former Raw couple champion Montez Ford.

The Street Profits member has always idolized 'The Great One' and admitted he got excited when the 10-time world champion sent him a message on Instagram a few months ago.

The Rock praises Montez Ford

“I love Montez Ford.

I love his energy, his charisma and his work ethic” - explained The Rock. “It's not easy to find guys like him in the professional wrestling business, I say that from experience. He has a great nose for business. I'm glad Montez is performing in WWE, which is my second home.

I wish him an amazing career. He has all the credentials to become a legend” - he concluded. Guest in the latest edition of the 'Out of Character' podcast, Tamina thanked The Rock for all the help it gave her: “My aunt and The Rock threw me a wonderful surprise some time ago.

Dwayne has a good heart and never backs down when it comes to helping other people. He has always been like this. Ever since we were very young, I have always considered him a role model. He is a very generous man, even if maybe not everyone can perceive that side of him.

He has done so many things for me, I love him." WWE Hall of Famer Road Dogg recently revealed that he was jealous of The Rock when they were performing in the company together. "Rock didn’t try to help me, but I was mean to him because I was jealous of him and he was a threat to me, because he could do everything that I could do, but he looked friggin great too.

It was, like, son of a bee sting, you’ve got everything. And at that time it bothered me because he was a threat to me, so I treated him horribly in front of everybody all of the time."
