How did Liv Morgan celebrate her title win?

As we all know during Money In The Bank, Liv Morgan first won the briefcase and then, shortly thereafter, cashed in her contract on Ronda Rousey, thus taking the title of SmackDown champion. In an interview with Shakiel Mahjouri on Shak Wrestling, Liv Morgan talked about how she celebrated this victory which was very important to her and meant a lot about her and which we talked about in the Queen Of Moonsault special.

“That was when I got back to my hotel room. I thought I was going to go out and celebrate. That was my intention because I was like: 'Woo I'm the champion, I cashed.' There were so many great things to celebrate.

But when I got back to my room, I literally just lay on my bed and put my title on me and just looked at the ceiling fan and just played in my head the last two hours of my life and couldn't make it real. So I just sat there and was like, 'None of this happened.'

I just lay there. I just lay there for hours and didn't move and didn't go out, trying to absorb that moment in the best possible way."

The reporter then asked her how she thought little Liv Morgan would react knowing that one day she would become WWE champion, since this has always been her dream and the wrestler replied: "She would smile from ear to ear, with the wide open jaw, in adoration.

She would be incredulous that she made it. She would have been speechless." Liv Morgan also said, "As much as I try and as much as I try to give them everything, there's some things that are just out of my control, so sometimes I feel like I don't give them enough to even want to support me.

Or even want to cheer for me, but luckily for some reason, that kind of made it (fan support) even stronger. I just hope that I can make them proud. I feel like the past two years of my career, I've had moments where I feel like I've had so much momentum and I'm just about to break through and then I don't," Liv Morgan admitted.

"I do feel this time is different. I like to think positively and I'm very glass half full. So when I look back, I'm like, maybe I wasn't as ready as I thought."
