Huge WWE star on Triple H's new role

Titus O'Neil has an interesting history with WWE. Despite his efforts and his important role in the company's various charity campaigns, the former tag team champion is rarely used on TV. In 2016, the big man was even suspended from WWE after pulling then CEO Vince McMahon's jacket at the end of a Raw segment.

With that in mind, O'Neil recently spoke with TMZ about his thoughts on Vince McMahon's retirement and the ensuing corporate reshuffle (complete with Triple H promotion). Well, in Titus O'Neil's opinion WWE continues to be in very good hands: "Vince McMahon is a huge reason why this industry is the way it is ...

But I have full faith that Nick Khan, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon will continue to lead us into another stratosphere when it comes to sports entertainment." Recall that, after Vince McMahon retired, Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan landed the role of WWE co-CEO, with Stephanie also becoming WWE president.

Triple H also received a promotion, as he is now Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and Head of WWE Creative.

Titus O'Neil reflects on Triple H

O'Neil continued talking about Triple H, and the vision that The Game has for WWE: "I think it will interpret the taste of purist wrestling fans, as well as those who love sports entertainment, combining the best with the better.

You can already understand some of the new agreements, made for example with Logan Paul and Gable Steveson "Just Logan Paul, who had made sporadic appearances in WWE, signed a contract with WWE after a stellar performance at WrestleMania, the same event in which Gable Steveson made his debut.

"Vince McMahon has taken many chances, making the best of it ... Triple H I'm sure he will do the same," O'Neil said of the two WWE bosses. "We are expanding NXT across the UK, and then we will do it in Europe.

This should show you how visionary Triple H is. You have to remember, NXT was his baby," he concluded. Triple H’s decision to bring back a former RAW Superstar has prompted a debate on whether WWE has a new future world champion.

“One thing I kept saying was, ‘Who’s gonna dethrone Roman?’” Vince Russo said. “And I kept saying, ‘The guy’s not there. Whoever he is, he’s not there.’ So when Karrion Kross came in, I was like, ‘Great.’ I met this guy one time because Disco [Inferno] trained him.

Disco introduced him to me one time and we had breakfast or something. This is a ‘yes sir, no sir’ type of guy, and those guys are few and far between."
