Many WWE superstars appeared on various shows and podcasts to promote their matches that are going to take place at WrestleMania 35. Superstars know that they are the reason why the WWE earns millions of dollars every year.
they do whatever they can to sell their fights and help the promotion make money. The Superstars also talk about other non-wrestling related stuff, like political issues and disasters sometimes. The WWE sometimes steps in and stops the wrestlers from saying anything that can harm the promotion and ruin its brand image.
There are some topics that are considered very sensitive and the WWE wants nothing to do with them. The WWE for the most part instruct their title holders to not talk about specific topics or isssues. They disallowed Daniel Bryan from talking about the environment as they think it is a political issue.
Bryan spoke about this on the ESPN's Cheap Heat podcast and expressed his displeasure. "My wife would say that I'm crazier at home than I am on WWE. There's a lot of things that I'm not allowed to talk about on television," Bryan revealed.
"It's weird because I haven't said much about the environment because they told me I'm not allowed to talk about the environment." "Why? Because they say that the environment is a political issue," Bryan continued.
"It's not a political issue, it's a scientific issue, and saying it's a political issue makes it stupid. What an idiotic idea!"
