NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose appeared this week on Ryan Satin's "Out of Character" podcast to talk about the character she plays on NXT and her return to the show.
Mandy Rose talks about NXT
Mandy Rose revealed that she is not arrogant in real life: "I'm definitely not the one I'm playing.
I'm actually the most selfless person in the world in real life. I do a lot for others and I'm very humble. I'm also very simple. When They look at me as a whole and they see this character, and the way I present myself, and the looks and everything, you know, you can't judge a book by its cover but they think it's not humble." On her thoughts when she was sent back from the main roster to NXT: "I didn't even know why I was going to NXT.
At the end of the day, I really believe in it, I saw it as a new opportunity as a new way to reassert myself. I think. that we all have to do it, go back to the past. I think it was just a great opportunity for me to use this as something that could be interesting and that I can help out.
I haven't considered any of the negatives. I think it was a important choice for me. I think a lot of people if they were to get the call back to NXT, they would ask a million questions. But I didn't ask any questions." About her On her changes to NXT: “I had a vision and obviously other things started to happen.
I decided to change my character character a bit. I think honestly it was the best move for me. I'm super grateful to WWE. I just think having a positive mindset is the best thing about me. If you have a negative mindset and if you go out there and seem like you don't want to be here, it obviously wouldn't work.
So I was left with a really positive attitude and I'm really happy I did. I'm having success here and things are looking for the best." On the latest episode of Sportskeeda's UnSKripted, former WWE star Tino Sabbatelli briefly spoke about his relationship with Mandy Rose.
"Oh, she is amazing, man! She is one of the most humble, down-to-earth, caring, good-soul women," stated Tino Sabbatelli. "You know she is just an amazing person. She does a great job of playing her character, I would say, but that's not Mandy Rose.
That's not who she is as a person. I'm extremely grateful and blessed; you know, she makes me better in every single way. There are not enough good words I can say about her, but she is amazing."
