Wrestling professionally is not everyone’s cup of tea. Only a few people in the world can wrestle professionally and be successful in it. Most wrestlers do not reach a big promotion such as the WWE. In fact, most wrestlers get injured during the first few years of their careers and are able to continue after that.
Wrestlers that do end up in a big promotion do not usually get to the top of it. Ronda Rousey is one of the most famous WWE wrestlers. She was the RAW Women’s Champion before WrestleMania 35, but lost her title in the main event of the show to Becky Lynch in a Winner Take All match.
The match was brutal and Rousey took some hard shots. According to Dave Meltzer from the Wrestling Observer Radio, Ronda Rousey broke her hand during the main event of WrestleMania 35. Meltzer also reported that the match was to end by either submission or pinfall but the pinfall wasn’t executed properly.
It will be Ronda’s last match in the WWE as she will take time off after WrestleMania 35. The pin wasn’t executed correctly and Meltzer believed that the decision to make Rousey lose by pin was probably made by the production truck.
Her shoulder was not supposed to be up and she was supposed to be pinned properly. Vince probably did not want Rousey to lose via submission as Rousey has never been submitted at the UFC.
