Bayley is delighted with the new WWE

Bayley talked about the new atmosphere inside the WWE backstage after Vince McMahon announced his retirement this summer. The former women's champion revealed that she felt rather strange following her goodbye. On July 22, Vince McMahon announced his resignation as WWE CEO and Chairman of the Board.

His farewell is due to some allegations of misconduct on some female employees of the company, on this issue there is also an investigation. After Vince McMahon gave up his role, he was replaced as head of creativity by Triple H who also became co-CEO and also by his wife Stephanie McMahon who became the new president of the federation along with Nick Khan.

During this time, Bayley remained in the pits due to a severe knee injury, and her return to SummerSlam alongside Dakota Kai and IYO SKY was one of the first big surprises of the Triple H era. Five Count, the former Smackdown champion talked about Vince McMahon's departure and the new role of Triple H: “It's still so weird to me, when the news came that Vince was leaving, I was just shocked.

It was a really weird feeling. There is still talk backstage about how things are different after he's gone. Neither worse or better, just different. We talk about the many things that have changed. Luckily for me, I've been working with Triple H for years since I've been to NXT and we have a great relationship.

He understands what I've been through and where I want to go and how I see my character. In that sense, it's great. They all feel comfortable now." Bayley also recalled her time at NXT with Triple H: “I was talking to Finn Balor backstage and Triple H had just passed.

It felt like we went back to seven years ago, especially with Finn because he and I were NXT champions at the time. "Both Bayley and Finn Balor will be at Extreme Rules. Bayley will challenge Bianca Belair for the Raw women's title in a Ladder Match while Finn Balor will face Edge in an 'I Qui Match'

WWE backstage personality Kayla Braxton recently slammed Bayley, tweeting that the RAW Superstar Bayley had "half a brain." "Excuse me? “Invading” my studio? @itsBayleyWWE clearly does have half a brain since she’s deciding to do this the week I move across the country. I will definitely be stopping by the show now," tweeted Braxton.
