Since Triple H became the new head of the creative team, there have been several changes in WWE. The 14-time world champion immediately gave his creative touch to the shows and transferred some of NXT's talent to the main roster.

As if that weren't enough, HHH favored the return to the company of several stars who had been released. Among the most sensational returns, it is impossible not to mention that of Braun Strowman. During his career, the 39-year-old of Sherrills Ford has won the Universal Championship once, the Intercontinental Championship once, and the Raw Tag Team Championship twice.

He also won the 2018 edition of Money in the Bank and the André the Giant Memorial Trophy at WrestleMania 35. Braun appeared on SmackDown on September 9 and 16 knocking out Alpha Academy, only to defeat Otis in the episode of September 23.

Speaking to Sportskeeda, Bill Apter said that the 'Monster Among Men' does not yet pose a threat to the 'Tribal Chief' Roman Reigns.

Bill Apter slams Braun Strowman

“I have nothing personal against Braun Strowman, but again I don't like how his character is handled.

He is an exceptional athlete, but something more is needed for him to become a serious threat to Roman Reigns" - analyzed Bill Apter. Not even Vince Russo was impressed by Braun: “His return was absolutely terrible. If I had been him, I would have asked the management a few questions before agreeing to return.

Many talents asked me what plans the company had for them before signing the contract. This is not unusual. The segments of him are horrible from all points of view. WWE should have prepared the ground well for his return, instead of setting up banal segments that have already been seen thousands of times”.

Strowman was released from WWE over a year ago, but he continued to perform fairly frequently. He had in fact entered the 'Control Your Narrative' project together with EC3 and Killer Kross. WWE SmackDown Superstar Drew McIntyre says he is keen to have a feud with Braun Strowman in the future.

“Anyone who gets in my way, to be honest. But I’ve always wanted to have a feud with Braun (Strowman). It is a simple story to tell with two big guys. But there is more depth to it than that. The visual of Drew McIntyre vs. Braun Strowman. I am 6-foot-5, 275 and he makes me look like a smaller guy."
