Triple H has revitalized the backstage

Vince McMahon rocked the wrestling world by announcing his retirement this past July. The now former Chairman of the company has decided to step down after being accused of misconduct and misappropriation of company funds.

His right-hand man John Laurinaitis – former head of talent relations – has also been fired from the Stamford-based federation. Vince's place was taken by his daughter Stephanie and Nick Khan, while Triple H became the new head of the creative team.

The 14-time world champion didn't hesitate to make some major product changes, reinvigorating a stale environment and bringing back several stars who had been released during the pandemic. Hunter convinced superstars like Johnny Gargano, Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman, Dakota Kai, Dexter Lumis and Karrion Kross to re-sign with WWE, not forgetting the very welcome return of JBL to Raw.

Triple H changed everything

Backstage morale has improved 'significantly' with the arrival of Triple H, according to 'Fightful Select' Sources close to WWE have revealed that working at the company right now is more fun and engaging than in the past.

Wrestlers have more freedom to improvise which helped lift morale backstage. The Game would be thinking of further expanding the WWE roster, perhaps with the returns of Chelsea Green and Matt Cardona. “HHH is rumored to be a huge fan of Chelsea Green and Matt Cardona.

The Game has always liked athletes who aren't afraid to put themselves out there and would love to bring them back to WWE. It is not clear whether the two have already received an offer from the company. In particular, Shawn Michaels dotes on Chelsea Green and can't wait to work with her again." WWE's latest pay-per-views have delivered thrills and twists, including Survivor Series: WarGames.

There is great expectation for the Royal Rumble 2023 and above all for WrestleMania 39, which will be held a stone's throw from Hollywood. During the Survivor Series press conference, Triple H praised the former Women's Champion for her excellent performance.

Here's what he had to say: "The level of commitment that comes from our talent, for things like that is tough for people that aren't doing this, they don't have that level of physicality that don't do this on a daily basis to understand but my hats off to The Man.

Hats of to Becky for stepping in this matter coming off that injury and to everybody that was out there tonight. This is not an easy thing to do and they knocked it out of the park."
