Mandy Rose praises Otis

In late 2019, there was a lot of talk about the romance storyline between Otis and Mandy Rose. The story continued at WrestleMania 36 where Mandy helped Otis get a win over Dolph Ziggler. The storyline appealed to WWE fans so much due to the nice onscreen chemistry between the two.

Mandy and Otis had a blast while involved in this storyline, and recently, Mandy Rose spoke out on the matter.

In her latest interview with Chris Van Vliet, Mandy Rose spoke about her career and history with Otis: “It was a really fun story.

It was perfect in terms of timing, precisely because we were in the midst of a pandemic. So I felt like there was so much negativity going around that people locked up in their homes maybe smiled a little bit. It was a difficult time for everyone.

It was a curious and beautiful thing but it was just pure entertainment. I still had a lot of fun working with Otis. He is obviously a capable character in and out of the ring. And it was really nice to be able to have that kind of chemistry with him.

We barely fought, we just had entertainment but I think it was something we enjoyed." Unlike many romantic storylines, this affair between the two didn't end with one going against the other. In fact, Otis and Mandy were only moved to different shows, interrupting their on-screen relationship without major problems.

Shortly thereafter, Otis would have become Mr Money in the Bank in 2020 but he will never be able to collect the title. However, at the moment he is part of the Alpha Academy with his close friend Chad Gable, both were also Raw tag team champions.

Meanwhile, Mandy Rose is enjoying great success as part of Toxic Attraction at NXT, which is the stable active since 2021 and composed of Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne as well as Mandy Rose who is also currently the reigning NXT Women's Champion, a title which he has held for over a year now.

The 39-year-old star is currently not signed to any promotion, and Mandy Rose admitted that she would love to see her fiance return under Triple H's regime. Here's what she said on Insight with Chris Van Vliet: "I mean, I don't know.

I would love that. I think there is so much, obviously, we know, there is so much missed opportunity and so much potential that we could see. (Tino looks like a million bucks) I know! I don't get it either, and not a lot of people get it, but you know how it is in this business, it's hard to get, but I mean, I think it would be awesome. I would love it. You never know, right?"
