Eric Bischoff's prediction about Roman Reigns' future

Roman Reigns has been the symbolic face of WWE for a couple of years and his hegemony has never really been in danger. Last year, the 'Tribal Chief' got the better of Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 and SummerSlam, then got rid of Drew Mcintyre (at Clash at the Castle) and the surprising Logan Paul (at Crown Jewel).

The former Shield member has drastically reduced his appearance counts from April 2022, wanting to spend more time with his family. Roman followed his cousin The Rock into the film business, landing a small part in the Fast & Furious spin-off 'Hobbs & Shaw'

It is rumored that Triple H has very big plans for Reigns also in 2023. His last defeat in a single match dates back to TLC 2019, when he was beaten somewhat surprisingly by Baron Corbin. In the latest edition of the 'Strictly Business' podcast, Eric Bischoff took a detailed look at what's next for Roman Reigns.

Eric Bischoff opens up on Roman Reigns

“Roman Reigns has been at the top for several years and has always been seen as predestined. It was known from the beginning that he was going to do great things in this business.

His bank account is great and I don't think he wants to be a wrestler for life. I do not exclude that in the future he decides to land in Hollywood as his cousin The Rock” - said Eric Bischoff. Eric also reflected on the possibility of Cody Rhodes becoming world champion: "I don't know.

I don't know Triple H's modus operandi. However, Dusty was so loved and respected, having someone like Cody follow in his father's footsteps and become WWE champion I think would be an extraordinary story. I think people are leaning into that a lot and doing well because that would be a really cool thing." Recall that 'The American Nightmare' has not fought for several months due to a torn pectoral muscle remedied on the eve of Hell in a Cell.

The former AEW star was experiencing the best moment of his entire career. Teddy Long recently shared his thoughts on Roman Reigns giving Kevin Owens a receipt for his Survivor Series injury on the latest episode of SmackDown.

"I know what I saw, too. Like I said, guys like Roman Reigns, they come up through the old school. So, when you give a guy, in slang we used to call it 'potato.' When you potato a guy, you can look out for your receipts. So, I think that's what just happened. Brother just got his receipt. That's how it works in this business," said Teddy Long.
