In late summer 2022, we learned that Roman Reigns has decided to renew his contract with WWE. Apparently, according to the Tribal Chief's own statements, his presence is not confirmed for each Premium Live Event, but will continue, as we have seen in recent months, in a constant manner for major events and decidedly more important for the company, abandoning thus Live Events considered more superfluous in the overall picture.
He had in fact told Sports Illustrated: “No, we won't be part of every PPV of the month, but you will definitely see me at important events like the Big Four, as well as those in Arabia. I will always support these events by building them through the TV schedules to better manage the stories and rivalries." So it's easy to be surprised seeing on the official website that WWE has now included him in the card of a live event at the Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto, Canada, which is scheduled for March 4th.
For the moment, however, it is not yet known who will challenge the undisputed champion. Other names on the card are: Charlotte Flair, Bray Wyatt, Drew McIntyre, Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa.
Latest news on Roman Reigns
Obviously this live event is right in the Road to WrestleMania, a very important period for professional wrestling and we remind you that Roman Reigns will have to face Cody Rhodes, winner of this year's Royal Rumble, at the show, after retaining the titles against Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber.
According to Xero News then, after the Showcase of the Immortals, Reigns should not participate in Money in the Bank, while his presence at the event in Saudi Arabia and at SummerSlam 2023 is almost certain. The leader of the Bloodline will also take part in the weekly shows that will precede the two events.
We just have to wait and see if there will be further developments regarding the booking of the Tribal Chief, inviting you to continue following us on our site so as not to miss the various updates and don't forget to also leave a follow on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Roman Reigns' heel antics at WWE Elimination Chamber caught the attention of the professional wrestling world, including WWE legend Mark Henry. "Bully, two, two times, house show spots. They went out to the family, on the floor, they had an interaction with the wife and the family.
It's a trip that you got to see that at a pay-per-view because that normally never happens and they did it again later on."
